药品管理（MedSteward）是个人用药整理工具，不是医疗器械，不提供诊断、治疗或处方建议。请遵医嘱和药品说明书。

本版本如何处理数据

无需注册。用药对象、方案、提醒、服药记录、药箱、可选照片和健康日记默认只保存在这台设备。本版本不把健康数据上传到 HappyGirl 服务器。删除 App 会删除未导出的本机记录。

你可能打开的权限

• 相机和相册 — 仅在你拍照或选择标签 / 处方图时。
• 通知 — 本机用药、效期、复诊提醒，可在系统设置关闭。
• 面容 ID — 仅用于可选应用锁，生物特征不离开本机。
• 健康 App — 可选只读步数、体重；本应用不向健康 App 写入用药。
• iCloud 云盘 — 已登录且打开云盘时，可写入备份 MedStewardBackup.medstewardbak。同一 Apple ID 的 iPhone、iPad、Mac 可能跟随较新的一份备份（后写优先）。你也可以在「更多 → 备份与还原」手动导入导出。

我们不会做的事

不做广告追踪，不出售数据，不接入微信或手机号登录。拍照识字在设备上完成，结果可能有误，请再核对。

家庭记录

请只记录你有权管理的人的信息。儿童用药请由家长或监护人使用本应用。

你的选择

可删除单条记录、导出备份或 PDF、关闭系统权限，或卸载应用。隐私问题请通过 App Store 产品页联系开发者。

医疗说明

提醒、库存和识字都可能不准确。身体不适请及时就医。

MedSteward is a personal medicine-cabinet organizer. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Data on this device

No account. Plans, reminders, dose history, cabinet items, optional photos, and optional health notes stay on this device. This version does not upload health data to a HappyGirl server. Deleting the app removes local records you have not exported.

Permissions

• Camera and Photos — only when you add a label or prescription image.
• Notifications — local reminders you can turn off in Settings.
• Face ID — optional app lock; biometrics never leave the device.
• Apple Health — optional read-only steps and weight. The app does not write medications to Health.
• iCloud Drive — may write MedStewardBackup.medstewardbak when Drive is available. Devices with the same Apple ID may follow the newer archive (last write wins).

What we do not do

No advertising identifier, no data sales, no WeChat or phone-number login. on-device text recognition can be wrong.

Your choices

Export a backup or PDF, delete    records, revoke permissions, or uninstall. Contact the developer through the App Store listing.
